Organizations Upload Requirements
Required Columns:
  • org_code - Unique organization code
  • name - Organization name
  • org_type - VENDOR, PARTNER, CLIENT
  • primary_email - Main contact email
Optional Columns:
  • tax_id - Tax identification number
  • registration_number - Business registration
  • industry - Industry type
  • website - Organization website
  • primary_phone - Contact phone
  • address - Physical address
  • city, state, country - Location
  • postal_code - ZIP/postal code
  • allowed_categories - Comma-separated categories
  • contract_start_date - Contract start (YYYY-MM-DD)
  • contract_end_date - Contract end (YYYY-MM-DD)
Organization Types:
  • VENDOR - Service providers, suppliers
  • PARTNER - Business partners, collaborators
  • CLIENT - Customers, client organizations
Important Notes:
  • Organization code must be unique across all organizations
  • Allowed categories: COLLECTIONS, SETTLEMENTS, DISBURSEMENTS, RECOVERY
  • Date format must be YYYY-MM-DD (e.g., 2024-01-15)
  • Existing organizations will be updated with new information
