Why Create Monthly Payout Cycles?
Payout cycles organize your monthly data processing workflow. Each cycle:
- Groups all data files for a specific month
- Tracks which files have been uploaded
- Ensures all required data is received before processing
- Provides audit trail and version control
- Locks data after payout calculation to prevent changes
Field Descriptions:
- Category: Main payout category (required)
- Month/Year: The period this cycle represents
- Product: Specific product (optional)
- Function: Specific function (optional)
- Frequency Config: Pre-defined upload schedule and rules
- Expected Completion: When all files should be uploaded
- Auto-Finalize: Automatic lock date for the cycle
- Simulation Mode: For testing without affecting production
Important Notes
- Cycles cannot be deleted once created
- Duplicate cycles (same product/month/year) are not allowed
- Files can be uploaded to a cycle until it's finalized
- Finalized cycles require admin approval to reopen
